Part Limit is how many parts your account can place. It is separate from the per-type block caps in Settings (conveyors, push blocks, and similar). Both systems changed more than once. Do not add the older totals together into a new cap the developer did not publish.
What the trophy tracks
Open the trophy icon next to the Part Limit counter. The 21 August 2024 Rewards Update is the last post that spells out the free progression:
| Rule | Amount stated on 21 August 2024 |
|---|---|
| Base part limit | 600 (cut by 400 from 1,000) |
| Whirlpool Studio group member | +100 |
| Each like milestone | +25, up to 550 |
| Each playtime milestone | +25, up to 550 |
Players who had already played received an estimated playtime grant. The developer said that estimate could be inaccurate. The same post said the purchased maximum rose by 200 and that the max without the old VIP perk was 5,500.
The group bonus requires membership in Whirlpool Studio, the group on the game page. The bonus was +100 parts, not a Robux payout.
Later cap changes, kept separate
- 18 March 2025: the purchasable part limit rose by 500. The developer wrote that the max with every perk was then 6,700.
- 9 October 2026: the max purchasable part limit rose by another 1,000. Existing players were told to rejoin to receive 100 free parts. The post does not publish a new grand total, so 6,700 plus 1,000 is not a figure this guide will treat as official.
- Purchased part limit can be gifted to other players. A 26 November 2024 fix restored gifting for players who had not actually reached the cap.
Check the in-game shop before you buy a bundle. Roblox Plus discounts are applied on the shop prices as of 9 October 2026.
Block limits are a second meter
On 9 October 2026, block limits in Settings scale with milestones: +3% for each playtime milestone and +1% for each like milestone, up to +88%. Some default block limits were lowered at the same time, and the developer said a few hours of playtime can earn the difference back. Part-usage caps such as max conveyors and max push blocks scale the same way.
Older fixed raises, such as moving, spin, and timed parts going to 200 on 21 December 2024, predate that percentage system. Use the Block Limits panel for the number that applies today.
If you are stuck at the cap
Delete parts the player never sees, prefer one scaled part over a stack of tiny ones, and save repeated decorations as premades so you are not rebuilding them from scratch. Buying limit is optional. The milestone path is the one the Rewards Update documented for players who do not spend Robux.
Likes that count toward milestones come from other players liking your creations. Playtime milestones come from time in the experience. Neither is a code you redeem.
